Professional Photography - Light & Shadow FX
Now I’m counting down for my trip to Puerto Banus near Marbella and Gibraltar. I’m really looking forward to some better and warmer weather than our Swedish summer this year. I’ll grab my camera of course, but it will be mainly vacation, relaxing and visits to various nice vineyards etc : )
Then when I’m back home i repack, load the studio and head of to Norway for more model, fitness and calendar shoots. : )

We where hoping for better weather this time than our last atempt when we had the shoot outdors (and nearly blew of a bridge). Started in the studio during midday wanting the sun to get lower, plus my makeup crew from avantagrdemakeup.se (airbrush makeup) and hair stylist got their time to do magic without any stress : ) Thaura is really easy to work with and quickly gets the mood and looks. That togeather with really good makeup and hair makes my job easy!

Makeup artister & modeller! (SE)
Nu i semestertider behöver jag utöka mitt kontaktnät av makeup artister (då mina ordinarie är på semester), så jag söker Muor och ev hjälp med hår vid plåtningar. Det är mestadels modeller för kalender och ev posters, expos mm i stil från fashion/påklätt till glamour/sexigt.
Nästa plåtning är söndagen 22:a juli. Tider ca kl 12, i studios o ev ute/location beroende på väder, plats i Uppsala. Mat/fika finnes.

I’ve got a studio shoot with Emelie today, a continue of our previous short shoot. Got som more settings done today
And some days laiter (5/8) we did a “hair”-shoot for Emelies new webshop where she sells hairextensions etc. Take a look at www.regalechair.se to se her site and great products. Here is three images we took for her site. Makeup & hairstyling by Angelica S Johansson.
Today model Thaura came to Zolex Studios for a “test shoot” as I always calls all first time shoots with new models. After some contact back and forth we found several common interests and desided to do a shoot and see if we can produce 
material to some of my various projects. After some time in front of my camera i knew I will work more with this model Thaura. She is so easy to work with and can variate her expressions easily and give you hot looks as well as a great kind innocent smile next minute. A all natural body with great curves and proportions is also a big plus!
A typical “blog” image in front of the makeup mirror (and makeup lights, hence the wierd colours with her camera).

This day I picked up a new model at the station, Emelie contacted me and wanted to do a shoot with me, so now here we are headed for my studio working togeather. Emelie is really easy to work with, great personality, lovely hair, knowing her poses and good face expressions. And having a great hot figure on top of that…

Today we made a shoot for Avantgarde Makeup and the site Stars of Beauty with the models Lina and Louise. The owner and makeup artist Sophia did som cool airbrush makeups using her own Avantgarde makeup and Avantgarde Eyelashes

Today i went to the town Västerås for a shoot of a model Leigh, (we have worked togeather earlier), she contacted me as she needed a photographer to a shoot of her in a weddingdress! No, she’s not getting married (yet) it’s for a wedding site/ezine/blogg etc etc that she’s starting to work for as a editor.
So she needs new material for her new job and site, presentations etc. We did som shoots by the water, a nice location she had prelocated for us.

Today we did a shoot on PMU (Permanent Make Up) in action or “live” with Sandra who runs http://www.cosmetink.se a site for PMU in Sweden. We took a seies of images in the various phases of a eyeliner makeup. More images will be up on Sandras Cosmetink site shortly. Interested in PMU? Today I had a shoot with model Frida Sjöström, a fitness shoot for several purposes like fitness magazine, fitness bikini contest and a fitness blog etc. So after going through outfits, and image styles we did various shoots in my studios different locations for different looks and feelings, some rough some soft, some bright and “fashion” some darker more sexy/glam styled etc. All in all a good shoot with plenty of material to pick from
My dear friend and model Sandra Edlund’s combined birthdayparty and new apartment party had the theme “Pink Party”
A really nice event with lots of goodlooking persons all wearing more or less pink outfits. Several new faces and also several model friends from our various shoots and events, all very nice to see again and not working, just having time to enjoy a nice evening
After a superb time in the new apartment we went down to continue the evening at the best club where the pink theme and tables/drinks where waiting for us

Today I did a studio shoot of model Lina Hansen for the first time.
She lives not far from our studio in Uppsala so we had a meeting and a first test shoot. And it went really well, we got good images and liked working togeather.
Lina is really good infront of the camera. She will be presented for my calendarclients and posibly be in my upcoming calendars.

We head over to Stockholm and had a location shoot at SkinSecrets clinic for Sofia and her new site that we are producing for her (view more at www.zolexdomains.com).
We shoot the clinic, lots of products for her webshop and we made a shoot on her “in action” working on Dj Loopez as a model for this shoot.
We got lots of good images and the site is well on the way and will be officially released soon
We went to the company StarsofBeauty to shoot new products for their site and webshop (that we also make for them, look at http://www.zolexdomains.com).
Plus step by step images on how their product are used, for both site and instruction manuals etc.That was images with model Louise that god airbrushed in steps.
Model and makeup in steps looked great using thses products from starsofbeauty and their avantgarde cosmetics, and we hade a nice shoot.

Now I’m preparing the studio for a Artist/Music shoot for Rockwell music Sweden this evening!
They’ll be here any minute now and everything is ready and charged. Will be a fun shoot!

A couple of days ago I got a call from one of the calendar companies that I work with, they want me to present new/more material for their 2013 wall calendars : )
So I got some time now to present new material for them, 24 images at least (2 calendars)… So I’m busy now sorting last years shoots and also shooting new material, like my shoot tomorrow… : )

After a great shoot with Sandra we’ve picked up Anne at the station, another very dear model in the Zolex team. Went home to “Zolex Hotel” for a awaited meal (had lunch at 11.30, now the time is 22). After checking in at Zolex Hotel we went for the bar and toasted with some bubbles for the nice gathering and todays shoot! : ) A nice meal, bubbles and chit-chat with friends ended a great day! Tomorrow it’s filming for TV-series on the schedule…
This evening I got a dear visit from Zolexmodel Sandra Edlund, and we made some fitness shoots at Zolex Studios. Here we are infront of the makeup mirror before the shoots.

I really like to work with the light and shadows to get a “harder” feeling in the imgaes…
Sandra truly has a marvelous body, great to work with for this light settings. Some of the images will be includeded in my Fitness & Training portfolio asap…
